Privacy Policy

We serve residents throughout Montana. We do not currently process personal data of 50,000 or more Montana residents, nor do we derive over 25% of our revenue from selling personal data. Based on thresholds in Montana law, MTCDPA does not currently apply to us, but we respect the rights it provides to Montana consumers if and when eligibility thresholds are met.

When you request service, we collect:

These are collected solely to respond to your request, schedule and coordinate mobile RV repair services, and send service-related updates.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill your service request and only use it for that purpose. We do not use your data for marketing, targeted advertising, profiling, or selling it to third parties.

Even though MTCDPA may not yet apply, we voluntarily offer the following rights for Montana residents:

• Confirm / Access: Know if we hold your personal data and request access to it.
   
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccuracies.
   
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data.
   
• Portability: Request a copy in a portable format.
   
• Opt-Out: Opt out of any data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none).
   
• Appeal: If your request is denied, you may appeal.
   
• Response Timeline: We will respond to rights requests within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days in limited circumstances.

We provide a clearly labeled link “Your Privacy Rights” in our website footer—distinct from the main privacy policy—that enables you to opt out of any data usage even if none occurs.

• A conspicuous “Privacy Policy” link appears on our homepage and any page offering services.
   
• Policy is available in any language in which we serve customers (e.g. English only or additional languages as needed) and uses accessible formats compatible with ADA guidelines,
   
• We will notify you of material changes and provide an opportunity to opt out again for any new processing purposes.
   

If we knowingly collect data about minors under 18—and specifically children under 13 or teenagers between 13 and 17—we commit to:

• Parental consent for children under 13 (verifiable consent as per COPPA standards) before collecting sensitive personal data.
   
• Obtaining the minor’s consent (age ≥ 13) before processing for targeted advertising, profiling, sale, or retention beyond what is necessary for requested service.
   
• Avoiding designs or features that encourage unnecessary extended use or harm to minors, and conducting a Data Protection Impact Assessment if a service feature carries heightened risk to minors.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or profiling. We may disclose information to trusted service providers only as needed to fulfill your request (e.g. scheduling software), under written agreements ensuring data protection obligations.

If we deny your privacy rights request, you may file an appeal with us. If unresolved, Montana residents may contact the Montana Attorney General's Office to submit a complaint. The AG has enforcement authority and may impose civil penalties up to $7,500 per violation.

Policy updates will be posted here, with changes clearly noted and the “last updated” date revised. If changes materially alter how data is processed, we will notify users and offer a chance to opt out of the new practices.
